Data and purposes
If you create an account, we process your name, email address, password stored via hash, and private collections to provide the functions you request. The legal basis is the provision of the service. Technical logs, including IP addresses, allow us to protect the site and prevent abuse, based on the legitimate interest in security. We do not send private collections to editorial generation providers.
Cookies and providers
We use necessary session cookies and protection against forged requests. ALTCHA verifies forms on our server. We do not incorporate third-party analytics or tracking advertising. Hosting and support providers may process the data necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data.
Retention and rights
We retain account data while you maintain the service. You can delete items from your collections and request account deletion by email. After a deletion request, active usage data is removed; backups are replaced according to their cycle and are used only for recovery. Information required to meet legal obligations or liabilities is retained in a restricted manner.
You can request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability at the email address provided. We may ask for the data necessary to verify your identity. You can also file a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
